Denten Park has served as the CEO of MountainView Regional Medical Center since 2009. Prior to joining MountainView, Denten served in leadership positions at Payson Regional Medical Center in Payson, Arizona and Mountain West Medical Center in Tooele, Utah. He also was the Administrator at both a long-term care facility and a center for developmentally disabled in Wyoming. Denten received his B.S. of Business Management at Utah State University, and his MBA at New Mexico State University. Denten has led MountainView during a time of incredible growth and expansion. ER visits have increased by more than 44%, inpatient visits by 19% and surgeries by 41%. He is passionate about physician recruitment, hospital quality initiatives, and providing more access to care in the community. In addition to his work at MountainView, Denten is the incoming chairman of the board for the Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce and is the current chairman of the Las Cruces Public Schools Foundation and a board member of MVEDA. In his spare time, Denten enjoys spending time with his wife Valerie and their seven children.
