Insect Zoo 2017

NMSU’s Insect Zoo visits us – Friday, 31 March 2017.  Helen Vessels brought a team to let our students see – and, in some cases, handle – some quite astounding insects and arachnids (spiders).  The big Madagascar hissing cockroach was a hit, as was the large walking stick.  Squeamishness turned to intense interest and delight.
