Monday, 19 February 2018: Poison-arrow frogs: LCA parent Doug Petranoff brought his collection of these frogs to show to the early kindergarten / kindergarten students. They were really engaged. Don’t worry: the frogs only become poisonous when they eat certain insects in their native habitats in South America, or perhaps gaining biochemical precursors from leaves on which they sit.
