Students among the flowers

Monday, 6 May 2019: The Calhoun Flower Farm welcomed our early kindergarteners, kindergarteners, and first- and second-graders.  They loved viewing the flowers, picking a few, planting seeds, and learning about the life cycle of plants.  Thanks to Calhoun Farms, to teachers Kelly Lin and Arielle Evans who organized the event, to the parents who drove students to the La Mesa location, and to our students who showed appreciation.
